Engagement Models

Our experience leads us to believe that there is no one model that fits all clients. We adapt and adopt our engagements depending upon client's needs. The key principles of our client engagements are as follows:

ONSITE

We supply resources based on Time and Material(T&M) and the client manages the resources and work being delivered by the resources located at client's site.

Depending upon client's requirements, we provide offshore resources at onsite and also manage them locally.

OFFSITE

We supply resources based on Time and Material or Fixed Price/Fixed Time (FP/FT) and the client manages the input of work and accepts deliverables. We manage our resources and deliverables to your expectations. The resources are based at onshore but not at client's site.

Depending upon client's requirements, we provide offshore resources at offsite and also manage them locally.

OFFSHORE

We provide access to offshore based resources. The client manages input of work and directly interacts with resources. The communication tools are jointly setup so that offshore resources have access to client's work environment remotely. Our offshore delivery leader ensures that all compliance and security requirements are met with by offshore resources.

There is no maximum time limit for allocation of resources.

In order to effectively manage the offshore resources and to offer a competitve model to our clients utilisation can be managed in the following ways:

1 - Minimum monthly % utilisation of resources

2 - Minimum hours per order

3 - A fixed set of hours over a fixed duration

We will be happy to discuss this in details as we understand that the minimum quantity of effort is driven by our client's needs.

ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (EM)

An EM is a senior project manager who takes responsibility for all communication and coordination between multiple teams located onsite and/or offsite and/or offshore. An EM ensures that quality of work delivered exceeds client's expectations. An EM can effectively play the role of a programme manager to support the client in time critical and budget driven projects. Depending upon the size of the engagement and the complexity/nature of the work being delivered, we provide an engagement manager at client's site or offsite.

OFFSHORE DELIVERY LEAD

At all times, the offshore resources are supervised by the offshore delivery lead. The responsibilities include communication and coordination of offshore work deliverables. Be the first point of escalation offshore.

HYBRID SOLUTION

Our EM works closely with the client's teams to collect requirements and gets it delivered from offshore. The client is always interacting with the EM at all times and the EM liaises with the OFFSHORE DELIVERY LEAD and key members of the offshore / offsite teams.

Advantage remains with our client both in terms of cost arbitrage, skill fulfilment, longer work days, out of office hours support and most importantly the business goals are achieved speedily

Our delivery partners also benefit by having a trusted local EM to handle the client relationship and manage delivery expectations effectively
